Open your web page. How well does your project flow? Get someone elses opinions. Go through the following checklist: Clear links to BOTH artists A good variety of experiments All experiments are annotated with a sentence or two to explain them Good variety of photo shoots Photos are of a high quality – good lighting, locations, not blurry etc. Editing a variety of images – not repetitive Presented effectively on website – not all small photos Experiments progress and develop effectively Any areas for development or things that are missing/incomplete need to be addressed this lesson. These are your missions! Once they are complete, consider the following: Are you getting stuck for ideas on what to do next? - look at your artists other photos on google, can you get further ideas from their other work? if you can, include the new photos that inspire your new experiments on your website with a short explanation. - do the opposite of what you have been doing... flip the background and foreground around! - try a new tool or technique. search on Youtube for how to do what you have been doing and see if you can find a different way to do it! - apply what you have been doing so far to a different photograph. - take new photos to work with if you need to. - REFINE - improve what you have been doing by creating a new experiment at a higher level. By the end of Thursday's lessons, you are aiming to have completed as many experiments as possible that show progression of ideas. The plan is then to come back to it in year 11 to finish the project with a few extra experiments (when your skills are even stronger!) and create your final images. Any extra photos that you need, should be taken for next lesson please.
If you are able to continue to experiment from home for extra marks then you should do this too! Upload as you go along.
